Refund & Return Policy

At Heaven's Rain Oil & Candle Co., we take pride in creating handcrafted candles, body care products, beard oils, fragrances, and home fragrance products. Due to the personal nature of our products, we ask that customers review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of our handcrafted products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used or partially used products, including body butters, body oils, beard oils, fragrance roll-ons, essential oils, reed diffusers, car diffusers, candles, and wax melts.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges on unopened, unused, and factory-sealed products within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange:
The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
The product must show no signs of use or damage.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a store credit or exchange will be issued for the value of the product. For health and safety reasons, opened products cannot be exchanged.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging
After review, we may provide a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
Shipping & Free Shipping
Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where an error was made by Heaven's Rain Oil & Candle Co.
We use carrier-calculated shipping rates based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping service.
FREE Standard Shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders of $75.00 or more before taxes and after discounts are applied.

Shipping Damage
While we package products carefully, Heaven's Rain Oil & Candle Co. is not responsible for delays or mishandling by the shipping carrier. We will work with customers to resolve shipping-related damage claims whenever possible.
Body Butter Heat Disclaimer
Our body butters are handcrafted using natural butters and oils. During warmer months, products may soften, melt, or change texture during transit. Melting or texture changes do not affect product quality, safety, or performance and do not qualify for refunds, returns or exchanges.
If your body butter arrives softened:
- Place it in a cool location or refrigerate for 15-30 minutes.
- Allow it to return to room temperature before use.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:
Opened or used products
Custom orders
Personalized products
Gift cards
Clearance items
Sale items
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not entered production or shipped. Custom orders and personalized products cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
