Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment is received. During holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Package dimensions
  • Shipping destination
  • Carrier-selected service level

We use carrier-calculated shipping rates to provide the most accurate shipping costs available at the time of purchase.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $75.00 or more before taxes and after discounts are applied.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when eligible.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped through:

Carrier selection is determined by the most appropriate shipping method for your order and destination.

Delivery Estimates

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Delays may occur.
  • Heaven's Rain Oil & Candle Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

Heaven's Rain Oil & Candle Co. is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages after delivery
  • Weather-related shipping interruptions

Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

Warm Weather & Product Care

Many of our handcrafted products contain natural butters, oils, and waxes that may be sensitive to temperature changes.

During warmer months:

  • Body butters may soften or melt.
  • Candles may soften or sweat.
  • Product texture may change during transit.

These temperature-related changes do not affect product quality, safety, or performance and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

If a body butter arrives softened or melted:

  1. Place the product in a cool location or refrigerator for 15–30 minutes.
  2. Allow it to return to room temperature before use.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.
